Smart, beautiful, kind, that's Saniya. So why does she need the help of LNFI's Children Center?

But one thing, she's very poor living in a 8ft x 8ft room with a family of 5, and that's the new room they just moved too when these pics were taken Feb 12, 2019.

Her mother is no longer living at the home due to tension with the father. She's in their native state about 2 days journey by train. Saniya, dearly misses her mother and doesn't' know when or if she'll return. Her father is illiterate and does odd jobs to earn a few bucks, when he's not drunk and hungover from alcohol and drugs. The future of Saniya with no parental help and support is looking like she would drop out of school early, get married at 14 or so, and marry a man from the slums. This is the common played out story every day in India the uneducated. But can't we do something to help Soniya?
